Haunted houses, scary movies, and trick-or-treating are always fun – but starting October 14 this year, Baltimore’s own National Edgar Allan Poe Theatre has a brand-new way to celebrate Halloween that the city has never had before: A LIVE stage show celebrating the works of Edgar Allan Poe, with magic, music and some of the local area’s best actors. “Edgar Allan Poe’s Blood, Sweat and Fears” will take place at FPX Events in Dundalk, MD. The play also includes magic, music and dance to create a family-friendly experience visitors will remember forever. The National Edgar Allan Poe Theatre has produced over 20 radio-drama adaptations of Poe’s scary stories and poems. They’re being aired on National Public Radio, Amazon Music and are even archived by the Library of Congress. This is the company’s first-ever live stage show.
