Synopsis

Based on L.M. Montgomery’s beloved novel of the same title, Harron and Campbell’s Anne of Green Gables is a musical that captures the spirit and spunk of our feisty red-haired heroine. Orphan Anne Shirley arrives in Avonlea by mistake, but she ultimately charms the entire town into falling in love with her precocious and imaginative mind, her passion and her heart. Harron and Campbell’s musical originated at the Charlottetown Festival on Prince Edward Island, where it holds the record for world’s longest-running annual production at 50+ successive seasons. Featuring beautiful ballads like “I Can’t Find the Words,” charming love songs like “Wondrin’” and energetic dance numbers, Anne of Green Gables is a musical that will delight the whole family.
