Context

Police Cops: The Musical first began as a selection of three scenes created in the Acting and Contemporary theatre course at East 15 Acting School in the United Kingdom. Having all attended drama school together, creators and authors Nathan Parkinson, Zachary Hunt, and Tom Roe took inspiration from the stereotypical American 80’s cop movies to complete a project in their comedy module at school. Upon graduation in 2014, the trio stayed together to complete their first full-length play of the same name and took it to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for the first time, where they found tremendous
