Synopsis

Police Cops is a one-of-a-kind comedy musical, filled to the brim with clever jokes, gags, and physical comedy. Brooklyn 99 meets Book of Mormon, this whacky show takes place in the United States in the 80s and follows police rookie, Jimmy Johnson, as he tracks down the infamous drug dealer Hernandez. With the help of the old, retired police cop Harrison, the ex-chief of police Gonzalez, her granddaughter Rosa, and many other characters, Jimmy must follow the trail to become the best damn police cop ever. With music by Ben Adams, and lyrics and book by Nathan Parkinson, Tom Roe, and Zachary Hunt, get ready to laugh at what can only be described as an amazing homage to your favorite 80’s cop shows. Without a doubt, Police Cops is bound to be one of the funniest things you have seen at the theatre in a long time!
