Adam Peck is a British playwright, author, and dramaturg originally from Leeds, England. Having graduated with an MA in Theatre Playwriting from the University of London and a BA in Theatre and Performance Studies from Warwick University, Peck is best known for his 2019 Olivier Award winning adaptation of A Monster Calls. He has been an associate artist at the Bristol Old Vic since 2013 and has worked on numerous other shows including The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and Cinderella: A Fairy Tale. In 2007, he co-founded the company Fairground to create three shows for the Tobacco Factory: Bonnie & Clyde, Out of Touch - A Trilogy and The Red Man. Other writing credits include: My Bristol Vista for Paines Plough, Life Savings, Chocolate Money and Kick Off.
