Peter Quilter is an award-winning English playwright whose plays have been produced in 40 countries around the world and translated into around 30 languages. He is best known for his play End of the Rainbow, which depicts the final months of the life of Judy Garland and was adapted for the Oscar-winning film Judy (2019). His 2005 comedy Glorious! tells the story of American socialite Florence Foster Jenkins, "the worst singer in the world".
