The drop farthest upstage in most settings. Also a large curtain, sometimes with a picture or design.
The area of the theatre not accessible or visible to the audience.
The under- or modesty garments that an actor wears under their costume pieces.
A type of bar that hangs above the stage from which curtains, backdrops, or other set decoration hang.
The size of the cone of light emitted by a fixture, measured in degrees. A narrow beam will create a smaller focused circle of light, a wider one will cover more area.
