Start: I disappeared into the Nether when I was four years old. My mother had been raped and murdered during a robbery. My father stopped functioning.

End: I had to learn my father was not a stranger. I had to learn it was wrong to stalk and kill the neighborhood pets. I was twenty-five years old.
