START: A desperate situation has befallen us. For the first time in the history of this family, the harvest goose has done one.

END: Which drowsy, half-asleep turnip wandered out this morning, fed the bugger, and sauntered off leaving the pen wide open, allowing a painstakingly fattened fowl to wander off and begin life as one of God’s wild creatures. Come on. Who’s man enough to step forward?
