AUDITIONS: August 24 at 3:00 P.M. and August 25 at 6:00 P.M.
Pushed to the boiling point, three female coworkers concoct a plan to get even with the sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot they call their boss. In a hilarious turn of events, Violet, Judy and Doralee live out their wildest fantasy – giving their boss the boot! While Hart remains “otherwise engaged,” the women give their workplace a dream makeover, taking control of the company that had always kept them down. Hey, a girl can scheme, can’t she?
Many roles – male and female, soloists and ensemble.
All roles are ages 18 and older.
Please prepare 16 measures of a song (not from the show), be ready to read from the script, and be dressed for movement.
Rehearsals will be held mostly Sunday through Thursday evenings. Not all cast members will be called for all rehearsals until close to performance dates. Rehearsals will begin just after Labor Day.
