Executive Assistant

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised and trustworthy Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Executive Director (ED) and Artistic Director (AD) in the effective delivery of their leadership responsibilities.

This role is integral to the smooth running of the executive leadership office and requires a confident individual with strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to accessibility and inclusive working practices.

This role includes responsibility for coordinating and managing the access requirements of the Artistic Director, ensuring they can carry out their work effectively and comfortably. This may involve liaising with access support workers, managing accessible formats, and ensuring the AD's working environment and communications are fully accessible.
