The Head of Sales & Makreting leads the marketing, communications, sales and box office teams in the development and delivery of multi-platform, content-rich campaigns with a focus on ticket sales, acquisition, retention and development of audiences, participants and visitors across Norwich Theatre's whole offer.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with organisational, enhancing brand visibility and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Work closely with the Insight and Impact Manager, Box Office Manager and AD Brand and Revenue Growth to use data to maximise growth and profit opportunities, across the organisation.
Lead branding efforts to enhance the theatre's reputation locally and nationally.
Forge strategic partnerships with local organisations, partners and stakeholders to grow, develop and diversify Norwich Theatre
acquisition and revenue growth.
Job Requirements:
You are likely to have significant experience in sales, with a strong record of achieving goals and driving success, together with experience in marketing campaigns and knowledge of communications for the purpose of brand promotion, sales or audience/customer base development.
Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team to high performance, whilst promoting an inclusive positive working culture will be key for this role.
An interest in the arts is always a bonus!
