Young Trustee

Tip Tray Theatre are looking for a young trustee (Aged 18-25) to join their developing board of trustees as they seek to gain charitable status.

Trustees play an active role on the Board. They work with and support the Co-CEO's and the Chair, to:

Develop strategy and regularly review our long-term goals.

Define the organisation's goals and evaluate performance in achieving them.

Support the organisation through internal changes or changes to the landscapes that may have effects of the organisations operation.

Ensure the organisation has the policies, practices, and conditions in place to enable positive work.

Attend our 4 Board meetings per year.

Bring your personal experience, skills and innovation to the board, collaborating with the rest of the team.

Work with the Co-CEO's to ensure that target communities are positively affected by the work of the organisation.

Promote Tip Tray Theatre within your network, acting as an ambassador for our the organisation and its work.

Help to develop and sustain financial stability of the organisation.

Help ensure that the organisation operates lawfully and safely.

Support the Co-CEO's on governance.

Keep careful oversight of any risks to the organisation.
