The role…

Are you a proactive and approachable person who excels in a customer facing role? Can you deliver the highest possible standards, whilst adhering to robust security and health and safety procedures?

We are currently looking for a full-time Stage Door Keeper for the Adelphi Theatre to deliver exceptional customer service to all who pass through the Stage Door.

If you think you could champion relationships with the diverse array of teams working in our venue, whist being diligent on all security practices, then we'd love to hear from you.

What we need…

• Proven track record in delivering first class customer service

• Experience in a hospitality, entertainment or events environment

• Experience of building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues

• A conscientious approach; accurate and with an eye for detail and presentation

• Logical and methodical, with the ability to follow procedures and guidelines precisely

• An understanding of security protocols in large London venues

• Knowledge of health and safety practice in a working environment

• Confident working without supervision

• Excellent communication skills

• A willingness and ability to learn extensive background knowledge of the venue, resident production, facilities and departments.
