We are looking for a passionate, organised, and values-driven Associate Producer to support the delivery of our bold, nationally touring theatre. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious mid-career producer to join a small and dynamic team.
The Associate Producer will work across productions, artist development, and community engagement, with a strong focus on inclusion and sustainability. We're seeking someone who thrives on collaboration, is comfortable managing multiple priorities, and shares our commitment to justice, access, and representation in the arts.
Essential Experience & Knowledge:
At least five years experience of producing within a professional theatre context
Experience of production budgeting and proven ability to deliver work within budgetary constraints
Experience of negotiating contracts with agents and creatives
Experience of managing multiple freelancers and relationships with partners
Proven knowledge of the producing process and of working with artists
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent IT and digital skills
An organised team player, able to balance competing demands and work collaboratively with a broad range of people
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Desirable Experience & Knowledge:
Experience of touring theatre
Experience of marketing a production
Experience of managing an education or community project
Experience of working within parameters of the Theatre Green Book
