Douglas is a surgeon trying to accommodate his many patients in a healthcare system that does not make it easy. His patient, Wanda, is a New Jersey woman preoccupied with her appearance. She has had several cosmetic procedures, including a breast enlargement. Douglas is concerned that Wanda may have a malignancy in her breast. In this scene, he meets with her to discuss her options.
