Context
Len West is a London criminal who has gone into self-imposed exile in Dartmoor after making a mistake on a job. After learning of the death of one of his former partners in crime, he asked fellow criminal Wally to come and see him. Wally is still heavily involved in the London gang scene and he has brought along his stepson and relative newcomer to the criminal world, Patsy. Here, Wally extends an offer to Len. If Len can prove himself by killing Patsy (who has become an annoyance to the gang)
