Context
Emily Book is back at Spring Farm High School, sent away 10 years ago after her entire class was killed in a bus accident. After walking home, and hearing the voices of the townspeople speculating about her, Emily finds herself at her old home, now rundown and abandoned, and the site of the accident. Suddenly, Jenny McGrath, the most popular girl and Emily’s new friend, is standing beside her.
