Start:

DANIEL: Hey, Stuart? How’d you learn how ta play the guitar? Take lessons like once a week? Your mom drive you to the teacher?

STUART: (laughs.) I taught myself. She wanted me to play the violin or the cello or something stupid you can stick against your neck.

DANIEL: But you taught yourself, ey? That explains a lot.

STUART: … It’s just I get so down for so long and I keep thinkin’ the next day’s gonna be better than the last day, but it’s worse than the day was before, and you know, the spiral just … I don’t know.

DANIEL: I know.
