END: Bette: Hello, Skippy, dear. I made steak for you, and mashed potatoes and peas and cake. You know, you’re the only one of my children that lived. How long can you stay?
Matt: Gee, I don’t know. Uh, a couple of days. Three years. Only ten minutes, my car’s double parked. I could stay eight years if I can go away during the summer. Gee, I don’t know.
