Nina: Mr. Parker bet his wagon on the fight.

Said if you don’t win, he don’t see no reason to leave the house anyway.

(Jay smiles)

Nina: And then there’s these two. (She pulls a small picture out of her purse and hands it to him. His eyes go wide)

Jay: Ain’t no way.

Nina: I know you’re ready to win.

You were ready to take over the world the day you were born.

I just don’t think the rest of us are.
