Context
Sonja’s just left her husband for having a one-night stand with another woman. Jane’s just been left by her husband for having a one-night stand with another man. The two women meet one night in a bar--coincidentally, Jane is the other woman who slept with Sonja’s husband, though neither are aware. The two women discuss apologies, confidence, children, and the state of their marriages, all tiptoeing closer and closer to the truth of their relationship to one another.
