Overview
Synopsis
This is the second of a four-episode series which features a quartet of senior women in a small town social club, known as The Crimson Cap Ladies. In this adventure, addled, aging hippy, Millie, is hosting a club meeting at her house which will include a new member, “Eunice”. Hilarity ensues when Eunice turns out to be an escaped convict dressed as a woman and the vacuum cleaner salesman the girls mistake for the escaped killer turns out to be an undercover cop. The action takes on a modern twist when Millie admits she isn’t certain if the funny flavor in the brownies is oregano that spilled into the mix or her niece’s medical marijuana which may make Leader Esther look bad to the visiting Crimson Cap Regional Supervisor! The Ladies’ reaction to thinking they are high, particularly from cynical, acerbic Grace, provides oodles of opportunity for huge laughs.
