Overview
Synopsis
In an empty blackbox theatre, a ghost light dimly lights the central playing space. Outside, a pandemic rages and all college students have been advised to go home immediately. HE (Charlie) has returned to hide out in his beloved theatre, his port in a storm. Believing himself to be alone, he launches into Sondheim’s “No One Is Alone”, until he realizes that SHE (Corinne) is also in the theatre. Like him, Corinne is hiding out, rather than return home. Both are outsiders in their families and they cannot face leaving their safe space on campus.
