Welcome to the Funky Monkey Lodge & Spa in the bustling metropolis that is Rhyl.

Seemingly, the establishment's only two members of staff — Crispin, the manager, and Tania, the everything else — do their best to look after their current crop of six guests, some of whom have only just arrived and some who are constant residents. But why have any of them chosen Rhyl, and why now? Clues as to the answer to this question are dispersed throughout the play, particularly in each of the character's monologues, until all is finally revealed in the final speech given by Crispin.

Before then, follow the bizarre antics of the staff and guests as the madness ramps up over a drunken evening and the following morning’s aftermath. Join in the joyous singing, watch as the guests perform a legendary conga and embark in a rather unusual pub quiz followed by a rousing game of Monopoly...complete with imaginary dice.
