Synopsis
One couple⦠and a Christmas dinner table set for three.
Mary and Paul are a married couple in their fifties, getting ready for Christmas dinner. On autopilot, Mary sets the table for three, instead of two. It is six years since they lost their daughter but Mary struggles daily with their loss. Paul does not know how to deal with his wife's grief, as it reappears unexpectedly. To cope, they put their daughter's angel on the top of the tree to celebrate Christmas.
This is a ten minute play.
