Overview

Synopsis

Three drama students confront their personal and artistic differences as they try to surreptitiously shoot a scene for a thesis film in the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

For Christa and Samantha, the time has come to complete and submit their college thesis. Christa, an acting student, has chosen to direct a short film for hers, and she has enlisted the help of Samantha and their former classmate, Ellie, who has flown in especially. However, writing student Samantha starts to pick holes in Christa's script, arguing that it doesn't feel real or truthful. With Samantha walking out on filming, Christa breaks down and it becomes clear that she is trying to tell the story of her love for Ellie. Ellie knows the real truth, but she does not return Christa's feelings. Instead, she wants Christa to come to terms with her sexuality and face the world with her head held high.
