
Overview
Synopsis
Jose Rivera's Boleros for the Disenchanted was inspired by the true events of playwright Rivera's own parents. The play focuses follows them from their initial meeting to their eventual move from Puerto Rico to the United States. Once they are in the United States, Eusebio suffers health problems including losing part of his leg. The play explores emotions of love, change and culture.
