Overview

Synopsis

This play is a comical retelling of several of Edgar Allan Poe's tales. The stories included in the play are "The Black Cat," "The Tell-Tale Heart," "The Murders in the Rue Morgue," "William Wilson," "The Purloined Letter," "The Mystery of Marie Roget" and "The Fall of the House of Usher." The narrative of _Murder by Poe _ involves a lost woman who stumbles into a house for shelter. She soon finds out the house is full of murderers and characters from Poe's classic works.
