Overview
Synopsis
In Lookingglass Alice, David Caitlin reinterprets Lewis Carroll's_ Alice in Wonderland_ and Through the Lookingglass as a high-energy, acrobatic fantasy, reminiscent of Cirque du Soleil. After passing through a looking glass into an alternate reality, young Alice must find her way through a maze of adventures, including navigating a life-sized chessboard, with characters assailing her from literally all sides, including above and below. While the play roughly follows Carroll's books, Lookingglass Alice is more an acrobatic interpretation than a conventional adaptation.
