Making great food brings me much joy and as it has been my career for nearly 17 years, I have had the pleasure of creating deliciously memorable meals for thousands of hungry guests; although life as an aspiring chef makes me happy, nothing feels more natural than living in the glow of the stage. After high school I joined the Army as a food service specialist and upon completing job training I went on to train as an army paratrooper and, I must say, very few experiences can match the thrill of jumping from a plane at 15000 feet! The moment the stage found me was the rebirth of that thrill that I had once feared and loved in unison. If the dreams that plague my awake into my resting mind are meant to be, I pray the stars would soon find me.
