Scenekvelder AS is a privately owned Norwegian stage production company with the main emphasis on producing full evening musicals. The company and performances receive no public support. The company is behind the biggest performances in recent years at the Folketeateret in Oslo, such as My Fair Lady, Christmas in Blåfjell, Annie, Billy Elliot the Musical, The Three Musketeers, Mary Poppins, Singin 'in the Rain, Les Misérables and The Phantom of the Opera. In 2020, Stage Evenings sets up the popular national treasure Journey to the Christmas Star. Stage nights want to contribute to continuous operation and performances at the Folketeateret, to the delight of the audience in the region and the whole country. The ambition of the company is to create an offering to the public in Norway that holds West End / Broadway quality. Stage nights also help to engage a great many performers within the stage and musical genres. In addition to producing their own musicals, Stage Evenings artistically contributes to several institutional theaters in the country. Stage nights, for example, have helped set up Jesus Christ Superstar, Spellemann on Roof, Evita and Next To Normal at the Norwegian Theater. Recently, the company at Den Norske Opera contributed to the set of the Trollfleet . Stage evenings are artistically responsible for Nordea's Christmas concert Desembertoner in Oslo Cathedral. This concert has been broadcast on TV2 in recent years. The company has also contributed editorially to the Artist Gala on TV2.
