The Artios Academy of Arts and History has two versions. Academy 1.0 teaches four core courses (history, drama, art, and music) within its weekly class days. Academy 2.0 includes these four core course and adds literature/grammar/composition.
As part of the Academy, your child will go through either a four or five course rotation on their day of class. All courses are integrated with each other by historical time-period (Ancient, Medieval, Early Modern, and Modern). We teach these subjects in their entirety, which allows students not only to have knowledge of facts but also to have knowledge of the principles and purpose of the subject. All subjects are taught in a hands-on, creative, and integrative way, all while being taught from a Biblical worldview.
