Lincoln County Community Theater

Lincoln Theater's mission is to present diverse, high-quality programs that provide entertaining, artistic, educational and social experiences that enrich our community.

Our wonderful building has a rich and storied history that continues to this day. Most recently we were the recipient of a sculpture by the late Bernard Langlais. A wonderful short documentary about the preservation of his work, which can now be seen at nonprofit organizations throughout Maine, can be found here.

In the Fall of 2014, Lincoln Theater was awarded a "Grants to Green" award to complete a full energy audit of the historic building. The audit was recently completed and is currently being discussed by the theater's Board of Directors.
