The River Valley Theatre Company's mission is to create opportunities for community involvement through the performing arts. It was founded in 2007 by a group of community members from Shakopee and the surrounding area. They had one goal in mind -- to provide the community with quality theatre. Since then, RVTC has strived to do just that. It has grown from presenting one show a year to a company with a standard three-show season. RVTC has also added RVTC Youth Studio to the company's regular season schedule. Our summer musical is our season highlight and largest production every season.
