Larry Gallagher was best known for his show BEEHIVE: The 1960’s Musical, which ran off-Broadway for more than 600 performances. Gallagher produced and directed musical revues in Washington, Chicago, Toronto, and Japan. Another of his popular musical revues was Ain’t No Mountain High Enough, which played at several cabarets in New York City. Gallagher died at the age of 41 from encephalitis at his home in Manhattan.
