Kristen Anderson-Lopez is perhaps best known for her Academy Award-winning songs: "Let It Go" from Frozen and "Remember Me" from Coco. However, she is a versatile artist, and through many collaborations has created stage adaptations of popular stories targeted for young audiences, such as Fancy Nancy. She has composed music for Nick Jr. and the Disney Channel. In 2011, she wrote and produced music for the Winnie the Pooh movie--and even voiced Kanga.
On Broadway, Anderson-Lopez worked on the stage adaptation of Frozen for Disney Theatrical Productions along with her husband, Robert Lopez. She is also the co-creator of the a cappella musical In Transit and the romantic musical Up Here.
She has been nominated and won numerous awards for her work, including Academy Awards, Grammy Awards, Critics' Choice Awards, Golden Globe Awards, Tony Awards, and Primetime Emmy Awards.
