Waleed Akhtar is a British playwright and actor. His first play The P Word had its world premiere production at London's Bush Theatre in 2022 and won the Olivier Award for Outstanding Achievement in an Affiliate Theatre. He followed this up with his second play, The Real Ones, which opened at the Bush Theatre in 2024.
