For Educators

How does StageShare™ work, and what can students access?

StageShare™ lets you share a show guide with your students using a secure link or QR code—no student login or account required.

Students receive access to that show’s study resources, including the show guide, character breakdowns, and additional related materials when available, such as interactive character maps and study resources for associated monologues, scenes, and songs.

You can manage, deactivate, or generate a new StageShare™ link at any time from your Teacher Dashboard.

Are there limits on how many PDFs I can download?

Yes. Teacher plans include generous monthly or annual PDF download allowances designed to support everyday classroom instruction.

Many lesson plans also include Student Readings—streamlined show handouts that teachers can download and distribute to students. Student Readings do not count toward your PDF download allowance, allowing you to use them freely as part of your lessons. Premium PDF downloads for monologues, scenes, songs, learning modules, quizzes, and other classroom resources are subject to your plan’s download limits.

Can I purchase a Teacher plan using a school purchase order (PO)?

Yes. We gladly accept school purchase orders for annual Teacher plans.

Visit our Purchasing Information page to learn how to submit a purchase order, request a quote, and review payment options. If you have additional questions, our team is always happy to help at [email protected].

What’s the difference between StageAgent Teacher and StageAgent for Schools?

StageAgent Teacher is designed for individual educators. It includes everything in StageAgent PRO, plus classroom tools like StageShare™, lesson plans, premium PDF downloads, and a Teacher Dashboard.

StageAgent for Schools is our dedicated classroom platform for schools and districts. In addition to teacher resources, it provides individual student accounts, classroom management, assignments, assessments, progress tracking, and administrative tools for managing theatre programs across one or more classrooms.

If you’re teaching your own classes, the Teacher plan is likely the best fit. If you’re purchasing for an entire school or district, learn more about StageAgent for Schools.
