A British comedy writer, most famous for his humorous novels _The Man Who Forgot His Wife _and An Utterly Impartial History of Britain and his satirical column in The Guardian. O'Farrell also founded of Britain's first satirical website, "Newsbiscuit," and wrote scripts for the British comedy series Spitting Image and Have I Got News For You. Most recently, he co-wrote the book of the Broadway musical Something Rotten! with Karey Kirkpatrick. He is a lifetime member of the British Labour Party, and has been on the forefront of the Party's recent campaigns.
