Jessica Swale is an award-winning British playwright, screenwriter and director. Her first play, Blue Stockings, premiered at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in 2013 and is featured on the GCSE Drama syllabus in the UK. Her 2016 play, Nell Gwynn, won the Olivier Award for Best New Comedy.
