Ned Poins is Prince Hal’s best friend at the Boar’s Head Tavern. He is the mastermind of not only the robbery at Gads Hill, but also the prank of abandoning Falstaff during the robbery, only to rob the knight later and then mock the lies Falstaff tells about the event.
