Leo Frank’s defense attorney, Rosser is introduced as “an unkempt whale of man.” Despite an initial bad impression, Leo begins to like Rosser when he swears to Leo that he’s “gunna win this case and send you home.” He speaks too soon however, and proves himself incompetent
