Analysis
Hugo is a faded former drag queen who has not stepped out on stage for many years. His retired alter ego is Loco Chanelle and he now owns the drag clothing shop, Victor’s Secret, but business is not booming. Hugo takes Jamie under his wing after spotting a kindred spirit.
