Analysis
The maid is a loyal servant for Erotium, the town’s courtesan. She gives Menaechmus Sosicles (thinking that he is Menaechmus of Epidamnus) a bracelet to be repaired for Erotium. Like many of the simple servants in Roman comedy, she is obedient and unquestioning.
