I’m afraid our chef is (BEAT) temporarily hospitalised. Something to do with an undiagnosable gastric problem. Things have got very messy down there apparently. So (BEAT) temporarily, Tania will be doing the cooking. Don’t worry folks, she’s got a GCSE.
