Context
Maggie and Paul are part of a support group for recovering thieves. Maggie has recently suffered a relapse; Paul is her sponsor. As Paul is in the middle of an inspirational pep talk meant to encourage Maggie, conversation turns to her ex, Flaco: a skinny wannabe Latino guy with a big mouth and a lot of attitude.
