Context
A has been drifting in and out of her memories, often forgetful or becoming muddled. As she talks to the younger women, B and C, she starts to reminisce about her marriage and her husband, whom she insists she loved. She begins a cheeky tale that greatly amuses B and C, and so they encourage her to keep talking. However, as A talks, her memory takes a darker, more threatening turn, revealing the sinister side to her marriage.
