MIKE (Shakes his head)
You know, it’s been less than a week since the accident, but it seems like it just happened yesterday, (Shakes his head again) I still can’t believe it. Where’d he come from? I didn’t even see him.
JILL (Reaches a hand toward him)
It wasn’t your fault, Mike. The weather was bad. You all said he just walked right out in front of your car.
