Context
Barry is a popular shock jock in the middle of his nightly call-in radio show. Earlier in the show a teenager named Kent called in to say that he’d been drinking and doing drugs with his girlfriend who is now unresponsive. After being taunted by an arrogant Barry, Kent admitted that he was lying about having a girlfriend but that he had been drinking and doing drugs and asked if he could come down to the studio because he was a big fan.
